This key role will oversee a team of sales representatives selling industrial equipment and automation solutions to businesses in and around Garden Grove, including Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, and Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships, with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Our Client is seeking an individual who has proven experience in regional sales management within the industrial manufacturing sector. The successful candidate should have a track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial manufacturing sector
  • Proven experience in managing a team of sales representatives
  • Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations
  • Proven track record of territory growth and team development
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and managing distributor relationships in the Garden Grove area. Specific responsibilities include:

Pay/Benefits

Our Client offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The salary range for this position is $142,146 - $182,146 per year, commensurate with experience.

In addition to the base salary, Our Client also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
