Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Invoicer to support our shipping and order fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for building and tendering Bills of Lading, invoicing customer orders, fulfilling will call and pickup orders, and coordinating outbound shipments. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, excellent organizational skills, and provides top-tier customer service at the will call counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and tender Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound freight
  • Invoice customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Fulfill and prioritize will call orders using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods
  • Greet and assist customers at the will call counter with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments, including customer pickups and LTL carriers
  • Load LTL shipments and assist in pallet banding and packing for shipment
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order flow
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping and invoicing standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in invoicing, shipping, or logistics
  • Familiarity with BOLs, LTL shipping, and freight scheduling
  • Ability to lift and load freight as needed
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

This position plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely service and supporting a high-functioning warehouse and customer service team.
