Warehouse Associate Loader

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Outbound Loader to join our shipping team. This position is responsible for loading Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments (e.g., Old Dominion, Southeastern Freight, Estes) as well as dedicated carrier trucks. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of urgency, a commitment to quality, and the ability to prepare outbound shipments in a clean, organized, and secure manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load LTL and dedicated carrier trucks efficiently and accurately
• Consolidate, pack, and band orders neatly for shipment
• Print bin contents reports and packing slips; must be computer-savvy
• Audit orders for accuracy and quality assurance before shipment
• Operate in and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Ensure all outbound shipments meet company and customer standards
• Operate forklifts and potentially a yard jockey or other specialized equipment (preferred)
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely loading

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts; yard jockey experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers to generate packing slips and reports
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.
