Hours: Monday through Friday 12pm - 5pm

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience


What We're Looking for in a Warehouse Associate:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated warehouse associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The warehouse associate will also be involved in inventory management and may be required to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:

  • Loading, unloading and moving products and materials by hand or by using equipment such as a forklift.
  • Counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking products of various sizes to make sure shipments are safe and accurate.
  • Keeping an inventory of products in the warehouse and making sure everything is in the correct place and ordered, if needed.
  • Keeping the area safe and ensuring the safety of others in the warehouse.
  • Working with others within the warehouse and managers to make sure daily procedures are done.
  • Warehouse project and organizational work, as needed.
  • Travel to other company sites, vendors in the DFW area, and customers may be requested (minimal travel required).
  • Other tasks and projects as required by managers or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work 12pm-5pm Monday through Friday
  • Proven warehouse experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a warehouse environment.

Candidates must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical prior to hiring.
