Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, including the efficient execution of the processes of receiving and shipping, sorting, scheduling, and returns
Manage and train the warehouse team to ensure operational safety, efficiency, and team stability
Promote the optimization and improvement of warehouse processes and improve key operational performance indicators
Coordinate the connection between the headquarters and upstream and downstream departments to ensure that information communication is consistent with on-site execution

Job requirements:
More than 3 years of warehouse management experience, with e-commerce or logistics industry background preferred
Familiar with warehouse operation processes, with strong on-site management and execution capabilities
Strong communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Those who accept city transfers are preferred
Have Chinese and English communication skills
