Forklift Operator (Day Shift, Full Time)

What We Are Looking For

The Facilities Group National is looking for a careful forklift operator to move packages and material around our client’s facility. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM

Forklift Operator Responsibilities:

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places.
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator.
• Valid certification to operate forklifts.
• Ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Work well when supervisors are not present.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify
