Position Overview:

Are you ready to dive into a fun and dynamic role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to be the backbone of customer success. This role is perfect for an individual who can foster a relationship with our key client while maintaining inventory and shipping processes.

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their orders being picked and packed correctly.  You will locate inbound products once they have been received and replenish pick locations if they are running low on inventory. The job will require someone who is hands on, detail oriented, fast paced and able to multitask in situations.

You’ll work with every aspect of our organizing, data entry, packing and shipping our Clients product within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Coordination: Managing communication from co-workers to Clients within the company and with external resources to keep leads moving through the sales lifecycle, including regular follow up emails, logistics, quality control and timelines.
• Sales Support:  Communicate with the Customer Service,  ensuring nothing slips through the cracks for our Client. This is inclusive of providing regular updates to both warehouse leadership and Client regarding accuracy and inventory.
• Locate inbound shipments into the correct locations for inventory. Replenish pick locations with back stock and ensure the accuracy of the items and locations.
• Order fulfillment and oversight
• Track and organize each shipment using WMS
• Ensure all products new handled according to client requirements

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and training software is a plus.
• Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the customer to include nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Demands:

• A combination of standing and walking
• Includes frequently reaching with hands and arms, and using hands to finger, handle, and feel
• Includes some crawling, Kneeling, crouching, turning, climbing and balancing
• Includes frequently lifting and/or moving product
